Level 5 will generally take multiple years to achieve if you havenโt yet specialised in that area.
Donโt wish for an easy path or instant success, itโs not worth it the effort.

5 second inhale, X exhale, X hold, repeat 5 second inhale.

Record maximum and minimum number of throws in 10 seconds.
- Juggle 2 balls for 10 seconds
- Juggle 3 balls for 10 seconds
- Juggle 4 balls for 10 seconds
- Juggle 5 balls for 10 seconds
- Juggle 7 balls for 10 seconds
*Develop uncommon additional creative juggling (mills mess, shower etc.) skills.

- 10 seconds with the feet.
- 10 seconds with alternating kicks.
- 10 seconds with alternating kicks and knees.

- Gain the ability to put your palms on the floor standing on one foot

- Gain the ability to rest in the pistol position and rock to the ball of the foot for 10 seconds without pain. Bodyweight.

- Perform a 10-second 10kg weighted pistol (and then multiple)
- Perform a 10-second 20kg weighted pistol (and then multiple)
- Perform a 10-second 30kg weighted pistol (and then multiple)

- Start with a 20 second chin-up. 5 second hang, 5 seconds up, 5 seconds hold, 5 seconds down.

- 2 Fingers assisting one arm chin-up. 5 second hang, 5 seconds up, 5 seconds hold, 5 seconds down.
- 1 Finger assisting one arm chin-up (no tempo restrictions)
