- TISSUE TOLERANCE - Use Short to Long range, Joint Dominance, Tension & Balance concepts to problem solve muscle, tendon and joint issues.
- BODY COMPOSITION - Every performance has an optimal body composition, move towards it.
- ENERGY - Care for your nervous system → Don’t train to neural exhaustion - finish sessions feeling good and maintain good health and life energy most of the time.
- PLAY IT - At least once a week do something that tells you how your body is progressing. Practice your key movement.
