I left working with athletes full-time in 2014 because I wanted to change the world.
Athletic Villages meant more to me than more trophies.
As a result the methods have largely been lost to the athletic world.

I was a weak, injured slow kid.
I had my first chronic overuse injury at 10 years old.
I rarely din’t have one for the next 27 years.
