1. Entry Drills

Most need to be filmed.
Speed Entry - Get to the handstand as fast as possible
Cartwheel to handstand
Headstand to handstand
Cartwheel to handstand
Backwards roll to handstand
Elevated Handstands - more height raises the stakes. Progress wisely.
Tuck press
Pike press
Stalder Press (easier on canes or blocks, eccentrics come before concentric)
