Without health long-term athletic ability is just a dream.
To improve health we look at 3 levels:
1. Energetic (emotion, Mental, Spiritual)
2. Mechanical (posture, surface you sleep on, training etc.)
3. Chemical (diet, gut health, blood quality etc.)

Consider the blessings of life...

1. Our hearts beat themselves
... in the same way all the functions of the body (and the universe) are ordered and for life. We circulate our own blood and produce our own hormones and...

2. Our genetics have been successful for millennia. They have been refined for life in the places our ancestors have inhabited.
Â
3. Our beliefs and emotions constantly feed information back to the body to deal with the current situation and the likely future scenarios.

4. Environment / terrain drives health. Create an environment for being at peace with our surroundings. Our ability to heal and recover depends on the environment we create and our perceptions of it.

The challenge of Uncommon Success is to devote at least 10 minutes everyday to improving your athletic ability.

Before you dismiss the simplicity... 10 minutes is a long time if you start at a sprint.

Many of you will choose to do more... that's great as long as you have the health, wealth and smarts to deserve that energy allocation.

Starting daily is the key. Don't be an addict, be a user.

Train to be athletic not to be fatigued & broken, there are many coaches in this community who can teach you how.

Jumping / sprinting / lifting /climbing etc.
IF you're an athlete you want 3 strength and 3 power tests that matter most to your sport. Win the physics and you might win the fight!
