
So here today is the sternum chin up together with the incline press.
So on the sternum chin up, we're actually going to arch lead with the chest, pull all the way to the bar using the mid back, looking for a pause at the top.
So on the incline press looking for about 40, 45 degrees angle.
Again when we get to the bottom I want to really pinch those elbows back so we get that stretch of the chest.
We're going for neutral grip, control, pinch the elbows back, and press.
