CASE STORY 1 - MEI was 65kg when I left high school after 2 years of strength training.
I was 75kg after 3.5 years at Uni at 21.
At 22 weighing 77kg on a heavy day, I decided I needed to be 80kg+.
 
I was living in Reading, England. My first time living out of the home.
I had no car and no money for busses.
I rode a friend's bike around town.
I started buying a rack of jam doughnuts and heavy cream, daily.
It worked.
2 weeks later I was 80kg.
It wasn't all muscle, but I made it.
 
CASE STORY 2 - ROOSTERS Forward.
104kg with an 8-pack (195cm ish), told he won't play under 108kg.
RULES
1.5kg of meat/day.
If you eat eggs it has to be at least 8.
Rice at every meal.
Cream + rice + fruit when every night.
6 weeks later - 108kg, played 1-2 weeks later.
Played international footy at the end of the year and got a new deal.
