12-month goals are far too long.
They don't create the urgency required to make the change now.

No more.
Sure you will do lots of small things and you will achieve other targets but what's the 1 thing you need.

Emotions

Toxic emotions can be triggered by many things.
Most of our thoughts and feelings today will be like our thoughts and feelings yesterday.
 
Make a 2-5% change each day and one day you will be in a place of greatness beyond where you could have imagined being.
 
Let toxic patterns inherited and installed in you as a child dominate and only a fraction of what could be possible will be possible.
Increase your tolerance to experiences.
Balance emotions.
Experience and hold joy.
Resist untruth.
