Biology of Belief & Spontaneous Evolution – Bruce Lipton

The only thing that matters is how you operate within the field! The atom – may be the strongest guy in history got this. Do you?

For years I’ve been learning about how to manipulate my physical environment in order to create change in my organism. To become healthier, faster, leaner, and happier are all goals I pursue. In the search for the details about training methods and nutrition, it’s important not to forget that we live within a greater quantum reality in which we are all connected as energy. The idea of solid matter and atoms is being buried in favor of this ancient belief backed up by modern science. Everything is made of energy flows. I listened to Bruce Lipton today. Here are a few thoughts that might help put your journey to health and performance on the quantum fast lane.

1. It’s the environment stupid!

Is Bruce’s key point. The most important thing for any living thing and maybe even any matter is its the environment. It’s about epigenetics, not genetics! Epigenetics is the environmental control that activates genes in our body and determines the fate of our organism. Genetic predisposition does matter but not nearly as much as the environment that we put our cells in does. It’s the environment stupid!

2. Look at the membranes on her!

Human DNA isn’t that spectacular but you should see our membranes. Bruce demolishes the myth of DNA being the source of human ability to control our environment by explaining that genetically we’re not much more complex than just about everything else in the jungle. But when it comes to membranes we’re amazing! It’s cell membranes that determine the sophistication of a cell (and when they’re together they determine the capabilities of the organism) Indeed the brain evolves from the skin cells (ectoderm) of the growing foetus – the membrane. The brain comes from the membrane because the membrane is where the intelligence is (not in the DNA!).  It makes sense if you think about it. The more information and interaction a cell can have with its environment the better the chance it is of being about to find nutrition and escape danger.

3. Co-operation not Darwin’s competition!!!

Biology is being turned on its head. It’s hard to see why it took so long! Lipton outlines how single-celled organisms worked out that by communicating with other cells they’d be a better chance of adapting to their environment. Then they started to stick together permanently and were even more successful. Cells started to specialize and blobs became complex.
Wind forward 700 million years and here I am with 50 trillion cells co-operating together enough to let me write this article! Proof enough for the theory of co-operation? Think about if cells had worked every man for himself all those million years ago. How many blog posts would they have come up with!?

4. DNA just clocking in its hours

Biology of Belief also details how genes are pretty much just doing what cell membranes tell them to do and that because of that DNA isn’t the center of the biological universe it was once thought to be. Lamarck was more right than Darwin too.. even Darwin was more right than Darwin when he said later in life that he’d “drastically underestimated the influence of environment” on his whole theory! “We seem to have forgotten important information our ancestors once knew.” Einstein taken from  Fractal time Read Bruce Lipton’s Biology of Belief and be changed. If science is not your thing but understanding and saving the world is then skip straight to his latest one Spontaneous Evolution which is a more philosophical and global look at the same question.
