Wow! I have seen his photo a hundred times now but I didn’t know Joe Warner, Editor of Men’s Fitness magazine went from being vegetarian to red meat for breakfast!

I’ve seen some huge improvements in every aspect of my life since abandoning a vegetarian diet and returning to a diet more close to the one that I evolved to eat (Paleo Diet). Joe Warner just happened to make the transformation in 12 Weeks!
