TRAINING UPDATE: Clean and Squat records in the gym today.

TRAINING UPDATE:
I’ve been working on passing 110kg for a long time. Today was the day with a bit of a spur on from the boys! I’m only at 82kg at the moment which is lighter than when I got 110kg in the past.
The clean correlates fairly well to vertical jump and acceleration. Obviously with the deep catch it also comes down a lot to front squat strength which has also improved lately. I think the magnesium supplements have helped get rid of my tendonitis.
Squats are going better. I wanted 5×130 but I missed the last one.
Sa and Eloi also hit PB’s on the clean! I used BCAA’s, Creatine, Beta Alanine and then glutamine, glycine and magnesium citrate post session.
