I’m weighing 83 kilo’s at 7.5% body fat. I want to weigh 85kg at around the same %. The biggest, heaviest muscles are the legs so they are the ones I need to grow!
Today was a Vince Gironda inspired session of 6×6 with 1 min rests between movements.
