#3 I Can’t Eat All This Meat!!!

Haha... dieting and you’re full as!
That’s why I like it better than weight watchers.
I don’t need to count calories at all on this diet. I need to eat at least 1kg of meat and keep the fat low. Job done.
Seriously though if you don’t want more meat, don’t eat it but then don’t replace it with snacks or junk.
If you’re really worried about losing 1-2lb of muscle then hit your meat target.
Most people don’t feel super hungry on this diet it’s more of a desire to eat something else for the pleasure than real hunger.
