For Those Who Want To Get Crazy Shredded Simply
1. Eat Lean Meat 1-1.5kg /day.
2. Get stronger for reps > 10DX means 10 rounds on the minute of as many reps as you can maintain of chins, dips, and squats.
Scale if you need to.
Use the other sessions if you get bored.
3. Sleep well.
4. Add some more fat every now and then or break the diet for one meal every 4 days.
5. Connect & Troubleshoot in the #fat2free channel in mentorship in the RealMVMT app where needed. THIS IS THE SECRET SAUCE. Fat2Free is much less reliable without this step.
