My Experience

I’ve used this diet a few times to get to my leanest.
Mostly just for fun.
Meat only or meat and fruit also help me get lean fast.
 
This is my most recent challenge result in March 2022.
Personally I wanted a challenge in March to get lean again. I wasn’t expecting to end up under 80kg! I wasn’t hungry and it wasn’t particularly hard to make these gains between lean days and higher fat days.
