I’m HUNGRY

Most people report no hunger or cravings on this protocol.
If you do have them here are some options.
 
You can’t really be hungry for protein on this diet since you’re allowed to eat as much protein as you like.
Wanting more fat is normal but must be controlled for optimal results.
Strategies for hunger / cravings.
 
Nutrients:
  1. Eat some raw liver.
  1. Crew on some desiccated liver capsules or open them.
 
A little fat:
1-2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbs of coconut oil or cream (cream is more dangerous as it can be very morish)
 
Have a 10-20g of glutamine. Some people don’t feel amazing when supplementing glutamine.
 
Behaviour:
Brush your teeth.
Do 100 push-ups / Squats.
Go for a walk.
Watch something on YouTube.
