Too Much Gains

 

SLOWING THE GAIN TRAIN!

As we said earlier we'd love you to start UNDER 10% on your bulk.
 
How long do you look to gain for?
 
How lean should those gains be?
 
It really depends on your goals.
 
When it's happening TOO FAST...
 
1. Intermittent fast 3-7 days/week.
Start eating at 12-2 pm, finish by 6 pm.
 
2. Reduce the Carbs
Stick to carbs once a day, post-workout, and only on big training days (Legs / Whole body Days).
 
3. Stop adding Fat to meals after breakfast.
Butter, cream, etc.
 
4. Cut the Dairy out.
Dairy is designed for gains. Mumma cow wants that off-spring big and mobile to play its role in the herd ASAP. Milk works. Mumma doesn't care about LEAN GAINS! If you're gaining too fast, stop consuming dairy for a week and see if you harden up a little.
 
You could apply these rules in alternating days or have 2-4 lean days/week based on your results and progress.
 
Make a plan for 1-2 weeks and re-assess weekly based on results.
