They have simple and sustainable methods in training that contradict the common hype of the bodybuilding and steroid using worlds.
Great care for the nervous system and skill development.

What I Love Least…
Less emphasis on knee health.
Some programs will create serious imbalances working only the posterior chain and pressing muscles. I’ve heard too many knee pain stories from people who’ve used the simple programs.
Less emphasis on building from the ground up.

Plenty of gold in this.
The idea that you should only do around a third of the reps you could do in a set allows for more total sets. This is the core concept in Dense Strength also.
