Certification Standards
The 8 Certification Standards
The following are the 8 standards you must reach and submit videos of to obtain certification.
Please Note: These are NOT the full ATG Standards simply the standards you must personally reach to be certified.
1. Patrick Step Up
50% Bodyweight on a 6" box for 10 reps
2. ATG Split Squat
25% Bodyweight on flat ground for 5 reps on each leg
3. VMO Squat
25% Bodyweight (held under the chin) for 10 reps
4. KOT Squat
Full control down to a 6" pad for 10 reps
5. Nordic
1 rep down to a flat bench
6. Tibialis
10% Bodyweight for 20 reps on each leg
7. Calf
10 reps on each leg
8. Hip Flexors
Hold an L-Sit off the floor for more than :02 seconds
OR
50% Bodyweight Cable Pull-in for 2+ reps
