After years of struggling for 1-2 more kg's, I got to 90kg for the first time in my life, almost effortlessly.
The same happened for Blake Wilson and NRL hopeful sitting at 82kg. He added 8kg in 12 weeks to have his NRL body. Not only that... Blake added 20kg to most lifts including a rock bottom 175kg Back Squat.
