Detoxification

Substances that the body needs to remove are transformed in the liver to be removed from the body.
 
They are then passed from the body via the following pathways:
Transpiration
Urination
Respiration / Tears
Defecation

Toxicity

Don't put crap in the body that isn't needed.
While great detoxification is important, we want to put less crap in.
 
Places to look for chemical exposures:
Cleaning products - use bicarb and vinegar.
Personal hygiene products - toothpaste, deodorants, creams, etc.
Food (processed foods, non-wild/ organic foods)
Air & water pollution - tap water drink/wash
