Muscle Gravity

Muscle mass gains will be concentrated in the areas that are receiving the most demand.

When training the whole body muscle will be shifted from the least stimulated muscles to the most stimulated muscles.

If you want to be able to run ...... muscle gravity theory dictates that strength must start from the feet up. Feet, calves, and ribs must be better developed than quads, hamstrings, and hips, which must be better developed than the upper body for optimal performance and injury prevention.

Some people may choose to be top-heavy for aesthetics or gymnastics ability.

Under-developed / under-active muscles or areas of the previous injury will need more stimulus to grow relative to muscles that are easily contracted and highly / over-active.
