  1. Chin-Ups (find a children’s playground, get a door way chin-up bar, do door pulls, use a tree, hang a bar or ring of something. If you can’t solve this there is no hope for you.)
  1. Bodyweight squats developing into pistols
  1. Single leg toe touch (add a 5L bottle of water or stone for more load)
