It’s very simple to have a good physique and it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes 3-7 times per week to have it.
Build this base before getting into any complex programming.
Here is what you do.
Set a 5 minute timer.
#1 Press on the first minute.
#2 Chin-ups on the second minute.
#3 Front Squat on the third minute
#4 RDL’s on the fourth minute
#5 Barbell Rollouts
Get 5-10 repetitions each movement each day.
eg. 1x10,
eg, 2x5 (in the same minute)
eg. 3-5x1 (as a cluster in the same minute)
Lift easily with brutal consistency.
