Diet Feats

Diet Feats 🎆

Feat. One meal per day

What if you ate only within a 1 hour window for 7-30 days, or even 1 day if that seems really foreign to you.
It might not be the best way to train for the olympics or become Mr Olympia.

Feat. Strict carnivore or other dietary intervention: keto, paleo (meat, vegetables), even vegan

Only eating meat for 7 or 30 days is a strong test of will-power for many.
Often also people notice big changes in digestion, energy and body composition.

Feat. No cheat meals / alcohol

Do you need to stop eating stuff you know is not helping you?
Is it time to make a plan of foods you eat and stick only to that list for a time?
What impact would better energy / physique have on you?

Feat. 48-72 hour fast

Do you eat as a reflex?

Commit to fasting every 7 or 30 days.

Fasting has some great research behind it.

The historical roots in religion and medicine run deep!

Test what works for you.I've also done vegan and vegetarian diets with poor results for training and health.

Are you overly fat?

Would you like to take more control of your eating habits?
1. Water Fast
2. Broth Fast
After you fast steak and vegetables seems amazing.

* Strict paleo has been ok but fruits and nuts in excess have caused me problems personally.
* Gluten Free doesn't really help me when I eat a bunch of other grains and gluten free products I have similar results to eating gluten.
