How I Eat 🍒
This diet requires no feeling of discipline or sacrifice.
It’s based on my preferences and what works best for me.
Everyday:
- Mostly fatty red meat - beef, lamb, pork.
- 2 meals per day.
- Berries & apples.
Sometimes (1-2 times per week):
- Chicken, fish, seafood
- Dairy
- Other fruits
- Vegetables if I want
Rarely:
- Desserts
- Anything else
To get leaner eat leaner meat, eat until less full, take a little longer between meals. Train safely for maximal strength feats.
To add mass, eat more fat or carbs, eat until very full, eat a little more frequently. Train with more volume.
