These are ok to work on sometimes but don’t use them for your “squat max”
- I warmed up with KB swings 2x16kg KB’s x 20 then 2x20kgKB’s x10
- I warmed up to and got a new PB on deadlift with 5 x 165kg. Almost busted a nut!
- 2 sets of fairly deep squats only 50% (70kg)
- 10 x 100kg bench press with 5 reps on 15sec rest 5 on 30 sec
- 2 sets of reverse lunge at 30kg (should have done front squat style but I had the weight on my back – they were light with a good ROM. It’s the first time I’ve done them for a while.
Overall it was a good session. I ate 3 raw eggs during and 3 after mostly because I just moved apartments and I didn’t have anything at home to eat for breakfast!! (and cause it worked for rocky!)
