Juggle the ball between your feet as many times as you can in the 10 second period.
If you happen to kick the ball with the same foot twice, you must only count the first kick.

Standing 1 meter from the wall kick the ball against the wall, when the ball crosses the 1 meter line kick with your oppose foot. You must alternate feet for each kick for the kick to count towards your score.

Switch to your left foot and repeat for a second score.
Your score for this test is the LOWEST score of your two feet.

Juggle the ball with your right foot so that each kick reaches at least shoulder height as many times as you can.

Standing long jump / height
The standing long jump test requires a measuring tape and roughly 4 meters of room to perform. Itās helpful to have a friend thatās able to take the measurement for you.
Lay out the tape along the ground. After warming up, stand with your toes behind the start of the tape then jump up and out as far as you can. You must stick the landing with no additional movement. The measurement is to be taken from the back of your heels.
Take your distance in meters and divide it by your height and times by 100 to get your score for this test.

10m shuttles in 30 seconds
The 10 meter shuttle test requires four cones or markers and a measuring tape.
Using the measuring tape, setup two sets of markers 10 meters apart. Starting behind the first line, begin sprinting towards the second line. Make sure one foot reaches the line before turning around to count the rep. When the 30 second timer is up, your score is your last completed shuttle.
