#1 FAST ATHLETIC TRANSFORMATION - Get your body composition to an elite level for your goals. For most that means getting shredded. It’s much easier than the multi-billion dollar fat loss industry would have you believe. Everything in life easier and better in an athletic body.
Get within 10% of your ideal body composition. Under 10% body fat AND over 90 Muscle number is a solid athletic physique for most males. Some will set slightly higher or lower expectations for themselves.

#2 JUGGLE - Learn a universally accessible tool that proves neuroplasticity. Our brains are what we have done with them. Regain faith and capacity in your brain by juggling. Use the hands and the feet, keep going when things are difficult. You’ll see that your brain changes rapidly if you give it the opportunity. This is true for all the skills you need to live on your terms.
#3 BALANCE - Life is constant rebalancing. Hand-balancing is only for those willing to persist through discomfort, learn and be consistent.
#4 POSITIONAL STRENGTH - Gain strength in positions that were previously inaccessible. As you access new physical positions your mind will also expand towards new possibilities. Gradually building long range strength will open the door for new muscle mass and tissue health. Short range movements deepen the mind muscle connection.
#5 UPGRADED STRENGTH - Progressing tension is the most important thing to understand after positional tension. Unlock weightlifting, parkour, gymnastics, dunking or whatever lights you up.
