When I looked at Ben's page in late 2018 he had 5k followers and a cool gym in Florida. I dropped him a DM to say I appreciated his work and a friendship began.
 
I later found out that Ben had seen some of my original YouTube videos from back in 2012 when I was first deep squatting and sharing lessons from our common mentor, strength legend Charles Poliquin.
 
As I studied Ben's system I realised that he had cracked the code I'd been looking for. A method for training away joint and tendon pain and replacing it with elite athletic ability.
 
ZERO was a solution by necessity in 2020 when millions lost their gyms access but didn't want to lose their gains. Zero has now become much more than an alternative while the gyms are closed. It's a fully scaleable program you can do anytime anywhere to build athleticism and decrease injury.
